50% deposit is required to secure reservation Due to short season and limited space-there are no refunds.
Group Rates consist of Renting All 6 Cottages for 3 Nights Min.
May 28th, July 4th, and Sept. 3rd are considered 'weekend rate' nights.
Parking is limited, one parking space per cottage.
Check in 3:00 pm / Check out 11:00 am
Pet visits must be approved with management prior to booking-cottage 7 is the only pet friendly cottage. Additional pet deposit required.
NO SMOKING in any cottage
We are on city water and a septic system
Smoke alarms in all cottages
Linens and towels are provided
Space heaters and/or A/C available upon request (1st come 1st serve on A/Cs)
